Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for return

For regular priced merchandise, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. 

We offer free returns for Canadian and US orders.

All eligible online orders can be returned through our return portal or in store.

Once completed and our team has approved the return, a return shipping label will be sent to your email address. 

The label should be placed on the package for dropoff at the carrier’s local depot within 5 days of receiving it. Returns beyond this timeline may be deemed as expired and will no longer be accepted as a valid return. 

Returns of items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned to the store that processed your transaction. 

For sale merchandise, items marked as final sale and sales items marked 20% off or more cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you are looking to replace your item for a different colour or size, follow the steps to do so in our exchange portal. 

Replacement orders will be sent out 48 hours after the return package is dropped off to the carrier.

It is also possible to complete an exchange in store.

Time to process your return

Please note we are taking extra safety precautions to process returns, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10-15 days) to issue your refund. We appreciate your patience during this time.
